Changelog
Dated entries of what shipped — the bot and the site.
2026-06-16 — Benchmarks vs. the market
- New Performance page comparing the bot’s real-money account to the S&P 500, Nasdaq and Dow — rebased to the same $1,000 starting stake, with a selectable index overlay on the equity graph.
- Added a “vs S&P 500” outperformance card to the homepage and every day page.
- Index data: daily closes from Yahoo Finance, regenerated on every publish.
2026-06-15 — Richer day pages
- Day pages now lead with day + all-time stat tiles, a current-positions summary (count + market value), and the end-of-day reflection rendered as formatted prose.
- Friendlier empty states for zero-trade days and days without a video.
2026-05-31 — Website redesign
- New “Quant Terminal” visual identity (dark, monospace, trading-green).
- Rewrote every page; added How it works, Press kit, Changelog, and Contact.
- Added sitemap, llms.txt, robots.txt, JSON-LD, per-day OG images, and an RSS feed.
- Self-hosted fonts, reduced-motion support, accessibility pass.
2026-05 — Live on thebotportfolio.com
- Rebranded from claude-trades to The Bot Portfolio; pointed the new domain at the site.
Earlier — The bot
- Autonomous daily trading loop: signal gathering, guardrailed decisions, Robinhood MCP execution.
- Daily video pipeline (Remotion) with voiceover, news cards, and sound design.
- Public data pipeline: per-day JSON → static site with archive and performance graph.
